With our on demand courses, a refund cannot be requested once you have logged into our online training site. This is purely to help safeguard our material from those attempting to access it for free.

Live Courses (both Zoom and in-person courses)

With our Live courses we operate under the following cancellation policy:

- More than 28 days from the start of the event - 100% refund of the purchase price
- Between 14 and 28 days from the start of the event - 50% refund of the purchase price
- Within 14 days of the event - no refund can be given
